Found in the Bahama Bay resort in Florida, near to lake side in Davenport. The resort is one of the best locations for families or holiday makers needing time out from work. You can enjoy the space and comfort of this apartment as well as enjoying the area services.

Walt Disney and Universal Studios are in 20 minutes drive, or you can settle for time out on the beaches. The resort also has a number of swimming pools heated to perfection, a number of hot tubs, kids swimming area and free wi-fi around the resort and the apartment.

The pool area and clubhouse has a pool bar and grille, health spa, salon, sauna, security gates, restaurant facilities and DVD rentals.

A 25% deposit is needed to confirm the reservation and the remaining balance being paid 8 weeks before arrival. All rates include a 12% tax, a departure fee for the cleaning service. All methods of payment are accepted including online transactions.

Accommodation

The apartment has recently been refurbished and has new furniture and fittings throughout the apartment. New carpets line the floors and all the rooms have been painted.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a centralised air conditioning system and enough space to sleep 6 people.

You will find the apartment in building number 7, just 2 minutes from the club house and the pool area.

Bedrooms 3 : 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, bedroom 3 with twin beds

Bathrooms 2 : a bathroom with a double shower unit and a toilet an en-suite to the main bedroom with a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Kitchen : pots and pans, large fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, sink and waste disposal unit, cutlery and plates and lots of kitchen utensils.

There is a separate utility room for washing your clothe with a washing machine and a dryer, iron and ironing board.

Living Room : 3 seater sofa which turns in to a bed, a large dining table and chairs, TV and stereo system. Coffee tables, ceiling fans and patio doors leading to the balcony outside.

Travel Information

The gulf coastline is about 1 hour and half from the villa, there you can visit St Petersburg Beach and Cocoa Beach.

The world of Walt Disney is about 15-25 minutes.
Publix store only a 5 minutes drive away.
WalMart superstore is 10 minute drive away.

Orlando International is about 30 minutes drive, or Tampa International Airport which is an extra hour. Pick up Florida car hire from any airport before you arrive at the villa, you will need it to get to the villa easily.
